Armour Khan Insurance Brokers (Pvt.) Ltd. (A.K.I) was incorporated in Zimbabwe in April 1994. Its directors served the renowned Pearl Insurance Company P/L (now known as Nicoz Diamond Insurance Company). At inception, our head office was located in Chinhoyi, specializing primarily in farming portfolios.
Due to rapid expansion, we moved our head office to Harare to deliver a superior service experience to a broader spectrum of commercial and private clients. Our Chinhoyi office continues to operate as a vital regional branch.

Immediate Notification
Report the incident to A.K.I Brokers immediately by calling (04) 761 385/6 or contacting your designated broker. Prompt notice prevents delay in loss adjusting.
Police Reporting (If Applicable)
In cases involving motor accidents, theft, malicious damage, or burglary, report the incident to the nearest Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) station and record the crime reference number.
Document & Preserve Evidence
Take photos of damaged property or motor collision scenes. Do not dispose of damaged items prior to insurer inspection unless necessary to prevent further loss.
Submit Claim Form & Quotations
Fill out the official A.K.I Claim Form and attach repair estimates or replacement invoices. Our team will manage all negotiations directly with the underwriters.
